1. Definitions
Services: Domain registration, web hosting, server hosting and any related services.

Agreement: This legal contract between you and Advantage Business Partnerships Ltd.

Client Content: Any files, websites, or material hosted or managed through our services.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use our services. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. Domain Registration
3.1 Third-Party Registrars
Domain registrations are processed via third-party registrars and subject to their terms (e.g., Nominet, ICANN). Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

3.2 Renewals
You are responsible for renewing your domain name(s) prior to expiry. Failure to renew may result in loss of domain.

3.3 Transfers
You may transfer domains to/from our service. Administrative fees may apply for transfers out.

4. Web Hosting & Server Hosting
4.1 Uptime
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime. This excludes scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (e.g. DDoS attacks, upstream provider outages).

4.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Host illegal, abusive, or copyright-infringing content

Send spam or unsolicited communications

Use our infrastructure to harm others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any breach.

4.3 Resource Usage
Shared hosting clients must use resources fairly. We may suspend accounts using excessive bandwidth, CPU, or RAM until they upgrade.

5. Payments
5.1 Pricing
All prices are in GBP and may include VAT. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.

5.2 Billing
Services are billed in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.

5.3 Refunds
A 14-day cooling-off period applies to new hosting accounts. Domain registrations, server setups, or custom work are non-refundable once provisioned.

6. Termination
6.1 By Client
You may cancel your service with a minimum of 7 days' written notice before the next renewal date.

6.2 By Us
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms or illegal activity.

7. Backups
While we may offer backups as part of hosting packages, you are ultimately responsible for your own data. We accept no liability for lost or corrupted data.

8. Liability & Indemnity
We are not liable for:

Business interruption or data loss

Loss of revenue or reputational damage

Service failures caused by third parties

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for services in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify us from any third-party claims resulting from your use of our services.

9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or regulatory changes.

10.2 Resolution Process
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 working days.

We aim to investigate and resolve complaints within 15 working days.

We will keep you informed of progress and provide a final response outlining the outcome.

10.3 Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant industry ombudsman or regulatory authority.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take immediate effect. Continued use of services implies acceptance.

12. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
