I have a variety of experience of advising businesses on financial structure, operational performance improvement and strategy from over 13 years of working in accountancy practice, banking, consultancy and business management.
My focus is on understanding what the key stakeholders in a business wish to achieve and helping to develop and implement a strategy to attain their goals.
Key for me is taking an holistic approach and addressing financial, operational and managerial aspects of a business to ensure maximum value for stakeholders is obtained. Ensuring all stakeholders buy in to the proposed strategy and a true deal team approach is developed is at the core of any success. I have particular sector experience in retail and wholesale, hospitality and leisure, manufacturing and professional practices.
I am experienced in Lean Six Sigma methodology, hold a post graduate diploma in management from the LSE and am a former Vice President of the Turnaround Management Association.
