With over 10 years of experience in selling both products and services, James joins our team to grow our Business Development and Sales consultancy division. His particular experience lies in helping businesses grow out new markets, launch new products and helping clients sell at C-level to some of the largest enterprises globally. His role includes:

  • Performing in-depth business analysis on Sales, Business Development and Partnerships practices within our existing client base.
  • Assisting clients with setting up the right Sales frameworks, processes and policies to aid their exponential growth.
  • Examining the core underlying trends of a business’s pipeline, target market and new deal flow.
  • Reviewing and proactively improving win rates of our clients, their average deal value and shortening the average deal cycle.
  • Identifying partner relationships that could rapidly grow our clients market share and visibility.
  • Leading our international practice with expertise in Go-To Market strategy for technology companies looking to open up UK offices or UK market opportunities.
